The sixth building is located at Str. Vangel Todorovski No. 17 in Aerodrom, near the polyclinic Jane Sandanski. The total land area for this project is 1359m², with a building base of 500m². The total net construction area spans 5038m², comprising 3000m² of residential premises (59 apartments, two entrances, 8 levels), and 2038m² of garage, basement, and common space (73 parking places, 200m² basement premises, and the rest as common premises). Construction began in June 2011 and was successfully completed in November 2012. All apartments were sold during the construction of the building.
