Our second building is located at Bagdatska No. 3, Karposh, just opposite the restaurant Sidro. Construction started in August 2002 and was completed in April 2003. The total land area is 390m², with a building basis of 14m². The total net area encompasses 833m², including 810m² of residential space for 12 apartments and 23m² of basement space. Additionally, there are around 80m² of common rooms. The construction process lasted a total of 9 months, and the building was completely sold and handed over to the new owners immediately after completion. Similar to the previous project, this endeavor was also funded entirely by Pandev LTD’s own funds.

Construction started in June 2003 and was completed in May 2004, the total construction period lasted 11 months. The company also invested in this building with its own funds. The building was sold out during the construction phase.

Construction began in June 2011 and was successfully completed in November 2012. All apartments were sold during the construction of the building.

The seventh building we invested in is located in Melsungen, Germany. The total land area is 1370m², with a building base of 400m². The total net area of the building is 1300m², consisting of 900m² of residential premises (8 apartments) and 400m² of garage and basement space. Construction began in December 2015 and was completed in April 2017. Remarkably, the building was sold out during the construction phase.

This project sets us apart as one of the few companies that invested in Germany, meeting the highest European standards. The construction adhered to environmentally economical principles, utilizing top-quality materials. The German standard known as the KV 70 allowed buyers to obtain loans with lower interest rates than the standard ones, further enhancing the appeal of the building.
