The first object is located at street Hristo Smirnevski No.55 Centar 1 (behind Radio Bran). The total net construction area is 564m2, of which 539m2 is residential space (8 apartments) and 25m2 is the basement space. Additionally there is 100m2 common space. Construction started in March 2001 and was completed in December 2001. The total construction period was 9 months. All apartments were sold during the construction. This project was fully invested by the company’s own funds.
This project is of special importance for the company Pandev DOO, because it marks the beginning of a new era with company investments in residential and business facilities.
Our second building is located on Bagdatska No. 3 Karposh, just opposite the restaurant Sidro, construction started in August 2002 and was finished in April 2003. The total land area is 390m2, and the basis of the building is 140m2. The total net area is 833m2, out of which 810m2 is residential space (12 apartments), and 23m2 basement space. Additionally there are about 80m2 common rooms. The structure of the building lasted a total of 9 months, and immediately after completely sold and handed over to the new owners. This project was also funded by the company’s own funds.
The third building is located on the street Majakovski No. 3 and 5 Centar 1 (opposite Univerzalna, behind Broz café). The total land area is 320m2, and the base of the building is 260m2. The total net construction area is 1340m2 of which 750m2 is residential space (12 apartments), 283m2 office space and 307m2 garage space. Construction started in June 2003 and ended in May 2004. The total construction period lasted 11 months. The company also invested in this building with its own funds. The buidling was sold out during the construction.
The fourth building is located on Crvena Voda number 8, (next to Broz cafe). The total land area is 320m2, the base of the building is 196m2. Total net area is 1462m2 of which 918m2 is residential space (15 apartments), 249m2 office space and 295m2 garage and basement space. Construction began in June 2004 and was completed in June 2005. The total construction period lasted 12 months.
The fifth building is located on Dane Krapchev No. 13 Centar 1 (Debar Maalo). Total land area is 330m2, the basis of the building is 152m2. The total net construction area is 996m2 of which 528m2 are residential premises (11 apartments), 81m2 commercial premises and 283m2 garage and basement space. Construction started in April 2008 and was finished in December 2008. The total period of construction and the handing over of the property lists to the new owners lasted 8 months. The apartments were all sold out while the building was still in construction.
The sixth building is located on Vangel Todorovski No. 17 in Aerodrom (near the polyclinic Jane Sandanski). The total land area is 1359m2, the basis of the building is 500m2. The total net construction area is 5038m2 of which 3000m2 are residential premises (59 apartments, two entrances, 8 levels), 2038m2 garage, basement and common space (73 parking places per 16m2, 200m2 basement premises and the rest are the common premises. Construction started in June 2011 and it was completed in November 2012. The apartments were are sold out during the construction of the building.
The seventh building in which we have invested is located in Melsungen, Germany. The total land area is 1370m2, the basis of the building is 400m2. The total net area of the building is 1300m2, of which 900m2 are residential premises (8 apartments) and 400m2 of them are garage and basement space. Construction began in December 2015 and ended in April 2017. The building was sold out during the construction.
This project makes us one of the few companies that has invested in Germany according to European highest standards. Construction began in December 2015 and ended in April 2017. Built to be environmentally economical with the highest quality materials. In Germany that standard was called the KV 70, which allowed buyers to obtain loans with lower interest rates than the standard ones.
