The fifth building is located at Str. Dane Krapchev No. 13, Centar 1 (Debar Maalo). The total land area for this project is 330m², with a building base of 152m². The total net construction area encompasses 996m², with 528m² allocated for residential premises (11 apartments), 81m² for commercial premises, and 283m² for garage and basement space. Construction started in April 2008 and was successfully completed in December 2008. The entire construction process and handing over of property lists to the new owners lasted 8 months. All apartments were sold during construction.
