Our second building is located on Bagdatska No. 3 Karposh, just opposite the restaurant Sidro, construction started in August 2002 and was finished in April 2003. The total land area is 390m², and the basis of the building is 140m². The total net area is 833m², out of which 810m² is residential space (12 apartments), and 23m² basement space. Additionally there are about 80m² common rooms. The structure of the building lasted a total of 9 months, and immediately after completely sold and handed over to the new owners. This project was also funded by the company’s own funds.
