The first building is situated at Str. Hristo Smirnevski No. 55, Centar 1 (behind Radio Bran). The total net construction area spans 564m², comprising 539m² of residential space for 8 apartments, 25m² of basement space, and an additional 100m² of common space. Construction commenced in March 2001 and was successfully completed in December 2001, with a total construction period of 9 months. All apartments were sold during the construction phase.

Notably, this project holds significant importance for Pandev LTD, as it marks the beginning of a new era for the company’s investments in residential and business facilities. Furthermore, this project was entirely financed by the company’s own funds.
