The first object is located at street Hristo Smirnevski No.55 Centar 1 (behind Radio Bran). The total net  construction area is 564m², of which 539m² is residential space (8 apartments) and 25m² is the basement space. Additionally there is 100m² common space. Construction started in March 2001 and was completed in December 2001. The total construction period was 9 months. All apartments were sold during the construction. This project was fully invested by the company’s own funds.

This project is of special importance for the company Pandev DOO, because it marks the beginning of a new era with company investments in residential and business facilities.
